Job Summary: The Practitioner Relationship Specialist is responsible for collaborating with all teams to be responsive to practitioner escalations & nurturing practitioner relationships, ensuring satisfaction, supporting team members, and contributing to business growth. This position involves critical analysis of issues, practitioner engagement, mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to TinyEYE.
Reports To: Director, Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
1. Practitioner Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for practitioners and build strong, trust-based relationships.
- Understand TinyEYE goals and pain points and align actions accordingly.
- Collaborates with the Manager of Practitioner Engagement, providing feedback & anticipating practitioner needs, working together to proactively address to enhance client satisfaction.
2. Leadership and Mentorship:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to TinyEYE team members to collaborate on escalations towards conflict resolution, assisting in their professional development.
- Act as a subject matter expert within the organization and share industry insights and best practices.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of processes and reference materials.
3. Product or Service Expertise:
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services, to align expectations and practitioner experience.
- Collaborate with other teams to support process performance and product representation so that customers understand and enjoy our offerings.
4. Issue Resolution:
- Investigate & resolve practitioner escalations,
- Address and resolve complex concerns, complaints, or issues effectively.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to find solutions and prevent recurring problems.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on practitioner performance, key metrics, and strategic insights.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Drive achievement of quarterly OKRs and annual goals.
6. Contract Management:
- Advises on the management of practitioner contracts
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deliverables.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Employee Relations, business, or related field. Hiring managers may consider related experience and training in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years experience in employee relations and contractors, preferably with evidence of leadership capacity. Outsource provider experience is advantageous
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Effective meeting facilitation.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships
- Strong project management, organizational, and strategic planning abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and office productivity applications.
- In-depth industry knowledge and market trends awareness.
- Problem-solving skills and a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Business literacy and up to date employment law
- As a life learner, pursues knowledge and development of skills related to the role.
Compensation
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
